About the role

Winapps Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer / Graphic Designer / UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual design, user experience, website layouts, and graphic design, with the ability to create attractive, user-friendly, and responsive digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

  • Design modern, visually appealing, and responsive website layouts.
  • Create user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for websites, web applications, and mobile applications.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups.
  • Create graphic designs for social media posts, banners, advertisements, brochures, and marketing materials.
  • Design website landing pages and other digital assets according to project requirements.
  • Work with developers, marketers, and project managers to deliver high-quality designs.
  • Ensure consistency in typography, colors, layouts, and brand identity.
  • Conduct basic user research and usability testing to improve design quality.
  • Optimize designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
  • Use AI-powered design tools where appropriate to improve creativity and productivity.
  • Revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design, wireframing, and prototyping.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Understanding of web design principles, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first design practices.
  • Basic understanding of HTML5 and CSS3 will be an advantage.
  • Ability to create website graphics, social media creatives, and marketing materials.
  • Understanding of usability, accessibility, and user-centered design.
  • Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Web Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field preferred.
  • 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • A portfolio showcasing website designs, graphic designs, or UI/UX projects is preferred.
  • Freshers with strong design skills and a good portfolio may also apply.
