About the role

Winapps Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and innovative Python Full Stack Developer with experience in web application development and AI implementation. The ideal candidate should be capable of developing scalable web applications, building backend services, creating responsive user interfaces, and integrating AI-powered features into business solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack web applications using Python.
  • Develop backend applications and RESTful APIs using Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
  • Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js.
  • Design, manage, and optimize databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  • Implement AI-powered features using AI APIs, large language models (LLMs), and machine learning libraries.
  • Integrate AI chatbots, intelligent search, document processing, and automated workflows into web applications.
  • Work with AI frameworks and tools such as LangChain and relevant model APIs where appropriate.
  • Integrate third-party APIs, authentication systems, and external services.
  • Test, debug, and optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, business analysts, and development teams.
  • Maintain clean, reusable, and well-documented code using version control tools.
  • Assist with application deployment, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance.

Required technical skills

  • Programming language: Python
  • Backend frameworks: Django, Flask, or FastAPI
  • Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React.js
  • Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
  • API development: REST APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations
  • AI implementation: AI APIs, LLM integration, prompt engineering, and AI-powered application development
  • AI tools & frameworks: Experience with LangChain, OpenAI-compatible APIs, or similar tools is an advantage
  • Development tools: Git, GitHub, VS Code, and debugging tools
  • Additional advantage: Docker, cloud deployment, machine learning fundamentals, and vector databases.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Python or full stack development.
  • Strong understanding of web application architecture and database management.
  • Practical knowledge of API development and integration.
  • Experience implementing AI features in web applications or a strong willingness to learn.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
