About the role

Winapps Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is an IT company providing software development and technology solutions. We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst who can understand client requirements, analyze business processes, and work closely with development teams to deliver effective software solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and client requirements.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs.
  • Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS).
  • Create user stories, use cases, process flows, and workflow diagrams.
  • Coordinate with UI/UX designers, developers, QA testers, and project managers.
  • Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements.
  • Support project planning, requirement validation, testing, and implementation.
  • Participate in client meetings, project discussions, and sprint planning.
  • Track project progress and ensure deliverables align with client expectations.
  • Explore AI-based tools and solutions to improve business analysis and workflow efficiency.

Required skills

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of requirement gathering, documentation, and process mapping.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, MS Excel, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to prepare reports, presentations, user stories, and flowcharts.
  • Basic understanding of web applications, mobile applications, APIs, and databases.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role preferred.
  • Freshers with strong analytical and documentation skills may also apply.
