## The challenge

A marathon runner turned founder saw the same pattern again and again: runners start strong, plateau, and drop off. Existing fitness apps tracked activity well but didn't adapt training as runners progressed or give them a community to stay accountable to.

## Our approach

We built a mobile app that generates a personal training plan from each runner's data and goals, and adjusts it every week based on what they actually ran. Wearable sync keeps the data accurate, and runners progress from beginner to advanced plans.

Forums, group challenges and activity sharing turn training into something social, and performance reports show runners how far they've come. The back end is built to scale with the community.
