## The challenge

A regional bank needed a modern mobile app to keep customers who were moving to fintech start-ups. Its existing systems made transactions slow and limited what customers could do, and any new channel had to meet banking regulations and integrate with the core banking platform.

## Our approach

We built iOS and Android apps with biometric login, instant transfers and payments, and budgeting insights, integrated with the bank's existing back-end systems. Machine-learning fraud detection watches transactions in real time, and a support chatbot handles routine questions.

Security updates ship on a regular release cycle, and the app is built to the bank's compliance requirements.
