The challenge

A SaaS provider’s platform had aged badly. It slowed down at peak usage, cost a lot to maintain, lacked mobile access and modern integrations, and its legacy code made every new feature slow and risky. Security updates were overdue.

Our approach

We moved the platform to microservices in Docker containers orchestrated by Kubernetes, so each part scales and ships on its own. CI/CD with automated test pipelines made releases faster and safer.

Along the way we strengthened data encryption, tuned performance, added subscription management and refreshed the user interface.
