You do. Our contracts assign all intellectual property to you, and code is committed to repositories you control from the first day of the engagement. ### How do you handle GDPR and data protection? We sign a Data Processing Agreement on request, work in your environments with access you grant and revoke, and avoid copying production personal data to local machines. We're happy to complete your vendor security questionnaire. ### How does the time difference work in practice? Teams shift their day to keep at least 4 hours of overlap with Central European time and 3–4 hours with US Eastern.
