## About the role

Winapps Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is an IT company providing software development and technology solutions. We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst who can understand client requirements, analyze business processes, and work closely with development teams to deliver effective software solutions.

## Key responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and client requirements.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS).
- Create user stories, use cases, process flows, and workflow diagrams.
- Coordinate with UI/UX designers, developers, QA testers, and project managers.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements.
- Support project planning, requirement validation, testing, and implementation.
- Participate in client meetings, project discussions, and sprint planning.
- Track project progress and ensure deliverables align with client expectations.
- Explore AI-based tools and solutions to improve business analysis and workflow efficiency.

## Required skills

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of requirement gathering, documentation, and process mapping.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, MS Excel, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to prepare reports, presentations, user stories, and flowcharts.
- Basic understanding of web applications, mobile applications, APIs, and databases.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

## Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role preferred.
- Freshers with strong analytical and documentation skills may also apply.
